ZMP Air Traffic Operations Manual
The Air Traffic Operations Manual (ATOM) is a set of controlled documents that comprise all of the policies and procedures used to operate the vZMP ARTCC. Each volume specializes in a different general subject matter.

The ATCSOP document outlines standard operating procedures for each facility in which ZMP provides ATC services, and is required reading for all controllers. - 7110.26A - MSP ATCT and M98 TRACON Standard Operating Procedures - Rev. 1 - 01JUL10
This document outlines standard operating procedures for Minneapolis Air Traffic Control Tower and Minneapolis Terminal Radar Approach Control, and is required reading for all controllers. - 3120.4E - Air Traffic Control Specialist Training Manual (ATCSTM) - Rev. 5 - 27AUG10
The ATCSTM document establishes a standardized training curriculum for ZMP's continued training of controllers to which all ZMP instructors and mentors are encouraged to adhere. - 7210.3A - Training Department Instructor Brief Manual (TDIBM) - Rev. 1 - 27AUG10
The Instructor Brief Manual provides new and current instructors with a guide that will depict lesson formats for the different certification levels.
